Vincent is Assistant professor of EU Law at the Europe Institute of Leiden Law School since 1 May 2023. He is also Visiting professor at UCLouvain, Belgium, and College of Europe, Belgium. Prior to that, Vincent worked as a Lecturer at Leiden Law School and as an Academic assistant at College of Europe.

Vincent is Assistant professor of EU Law at the Europe Institute of Leiden Law School since 1 May 2023. He is also Visiting professor at UCLouvain, Belgium, and College of Europe, Belgium. Prior to that, Vincent worked as a Lecturer at Leiden Law School and as an Academic assistant at College of Europe.
Vincent teaches various courses at bachelor’s and master’s level, mostly focused on EU internal market law and the constitutional aspects of EU law :
- Privatissimum (European Law LL.M.)
- Practicum (European Law LL.M.)
- EU Internal Market Law (International Business Law LL.B.)
- European Union Law : The 4 Freedoms (LLC)
Vincent also coaches the Leiden teams for the European Law Moot Court.
Vincent obtained his PhD in law from UCLouvain in Belgium, with a dissertation entitled ‘Regulating lifestyle risks in EU law: Promoting health in a diverse market’, under the supervision of Prof. Anne-Lise Sibony. Vincent’s research focuses on the regulation of the EU internal market, with a strong focus on the public management of health and environmental risks.
