Leiden Science Run

Do you like running? Then take part in the Leiden Science Run on The Leiden Science Run is a 4.44 km charity run at the Leiden Bio Science Park on 28 september 2019. In 2019 Leiden University will be 444 years old. This special birthday calls for a special celebration. That is why we have adjusted the distance of this edition to 4.44 km instead of 5 km.

 The Leiden Science Run is a relay race organized by Leiden University in collaboration with the University Sports Centre, the Leiden Bio Science Park and running club Currimus.

The start and finish are in front of the entrance of the Faculty of Science (Einsteinweg 55), near the Gorlaeus Lecture Hall. The trail is 4.44 kilometres long and leads through the Bio Science Park in Leiden. The race will start at 12.00 hrs, the award ceremony will start around 15.00 hrs.
