Private online courses: SPOCs

A Small Private Online Course (SPOC) is an online academic subject for a limited group of participants.

The university offers SPOCs in its regular, extracurricular and professional teaching. They are for a limited number of participants and registration in advance is often required. In contrast to MOOCs, SPOCs are not necessarily free. As they are more exclusive, SPOCs provide more opportunity for discussion and personal attention.
