Fees

Depending on the research area you are charged with bench fees or not.

Bench fees

At the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, contract and external PhD candidates are charged bench fees. For detailed information, please check the Institute's website.
Also, PhD candidates holding a LPDP scholarship have to pay bench fees.

The Institute of Education and Child Studies charges a tuition fee of Euro 8.500 (eight thousand five hundred Euros) per year for contract and external PhD candidates. In some cases this tuition fee can be waived. For more information, please contact the Institute.

No bench fees

The Institutes Political Science, Psychology and the Centre for Science and Technology Studies Centre do not normally charge bench fees.
