Choosing a degree

Leiden University enjoys working with teachers, school principals and mentors to help secondary-school students choose the degree programme that suits them best. As it is a big step from secondary education to university, we think it is important that pupils are well prepared. This gives them a better idea of what to expect and that increases their chances of being successful in their studies. We offer talented and curious secondary-school students programmes that introduce them to the world of scientific research in the classroom already.
