This webpage is under construction! eLaw - Center for Law and Digital Technologies offers educational programs at Pre-University, Bachelor, Master’s, Advanced Master’s, and postgraduate level in the field of law, technology, and society.
eLaw equips students of different levels of experience and disciplinary backgrounds with a robust understanding of the challenges posed by digital technologies and their interplay with fundamental rights and the rule of law.
We cover cutting-edge topics such as privacy and data protection, AI regulation, fundamental rights in the digital age, platform governance, legal tech, cybersecurity, and human-robot interaction. Our interdisciplinary approach equips students with the tools to address the complex challenges of technology in society.

This bachelor is offered as a collaboration between Faculty of Law, Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs and the Leiden Institute for Advanced Computer Science.

We offer courses to the masters Jeugdrecht (in Dutch), International Children’s Rights (Advanced LL.M.) and European and International Human Rights Law (Advanced LL.M.).
