To support sustainable travelling in our university community, LUGO is excited to offer the Sustainable Travel Kit - designed to make eco-friendly international travel easier and more comfortable.

What’s in the Sustainable Travel Kit?

Our kit includes thoughtfully selected essentials to enhance your travel experience while minimizing environmental impact. Each item has been chosen with sustainability in mind, featuring unique offerings like handmade vegan shampoo bars and earplugs made from reclaimed ocean plastics.

How to request your kit

To receive a Sustainable Travel Kit, simply provide documentation of your university-related sustainable travel. This includes:

Proof of participation in the program or event associated with your travel.

A copy of your travel ticket confirmation.

To reduce our environmental footprint, most of the kit items are sourced within the Netherlands. Pilot Program and Timeline

We’re currently running a pilot to identify the most popular items, so they are ordered based on demand. If you need your Sustainable Travel Kit by December 20, 2024, please complete your request by November 30, 2024.
