During the Bachelor's Open Day in Leiden and The Hague you will learn more about Leiden University, our bachelor's programmes, the student cities of Leiden and The Hague, student life and much more. Visit the sessions of the study programme that you find interesting, talk or chat with students, ask your questions to teachers and get a taste of the university atmosphere.
Take a look at the videos with the main information about each study programme. Watching the videos on your favourite study programmes beforehand will give you a head start on the Open Day.
The next Bachelor's Open Day is on:
During an Experience Day you can take part in the programme of your choice. You will follow a short programme presentation and take part in an active way in a lecture and/or tutorial. During this event you meet our staff and students, who are available to answer all your questions. In this way you get familiar with the programme and the way of education at our university.
During the PRE-classes you will attend lectures from professors in various fields such as ecology, environmental sciences, anthropology, sociology, psychology, and public administration. They will explore how our own diets impact the environment from their respective fields. During these days, you won't just be sitting in a classroom; you will also explore Leiden with your fellow students for various assignments.
Regular activities
Do you have questions about the programme, your application, housing, support during your studies or any other topics, and would you like to speak to us “face to face”?
Every month, 15:00-16:00 Dutch time, we open the doors of our virtual office for you! Just walk in online and ask your questions directly.
