Science Communication & Society
The research group Science Communication and Society aims to understand how science communication works to improve the interaction between science and society. Central themes are ‘Bridging the gap between experts and the general public’ and ‘Evaluating Science Communication’.
Our master’s specialisation enables students to bring together their field of science and society, it can be combined with any master from the entire science faculty and biomedical sciences. Our courses train students in practical and theoretical aspects of science communications. Internships help our students decide whether they want to choose a career in science communication.
We are often looking for new team members. Would you like to join us too? On the vacancies website of our Science Faculty we have all our current job openings.
