Whether you’re looking to learn, celebrate, or connect, you’re invited to join!
Tuesday Talks and more
Join our monthly gathering consisting of a presentation by one of our researchers that is accessible for everyone in our community followed by drinks to meet each other informally. The meeting is hosted by Leiden Science's dean Jasper Knoester.
Tuesday Talks is every second Tuesday of the month from 16.00 – 17.00 hrs.
Every Thursday drinks at De Fusie
De Fusie is open every Thursday from 17.00 - 23.00 hrs for all students and staff of the faculty. You can enjoy a soft drink, as well as a beer or wine, and a tasty snack. On other weekdays, the bar is only open on request for institutes and student associations of the faculty.
Faculty activities
Every year in May, we host the We are Science Week. As faculty, we believe it is important to have fun together besides work and study. Therefore, during the We are Science Week, grab your chance to take part in fun and relaxing activities on campus!
Besides the We are Science Week, we celebrate the winter holidays together in December and look ahead to the new year in January during the New Year’s Reception. And don’t forget the opening of the Academic Year in September!
