SAILS is a university wide initiative aimed at facilitating collaboration across disciplines on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

SAILS stands for Society (Social & Behavioural Sciences, Humanities, Law, Archaeology, Governance & Global Affaires) Artificial Intelligence and Life Sciences and is one Leiden University's interdisciplinary programmes. Its aim is to build on and expand the current expertise on AI within Leiden University.
