Pre-University Classes

Pre-University Classes are intended for high school students who want to do more than is offered in the regular school curriculum. In the classes, students follow special lecture series and through that are introduced to the world of science.

From Russian to Astronomy and from Archaeology to Mathematics: budding scientists can immerse themselves in a wide range of disciplines at Leiden University! By conducting research or engaging in discussions, motivated pre-university students are given an extra challenge. The Pre-University Classes take place annually from January to April; enrolment opens after the summer holidays.
