Leiden Leadership Workshop: 'Werken volgens de bedoeling'
Op 13 June the Leiden Leadership Centre hosted a workshop following the research project on ‘werken volgens de bedoeling’ at the Municipality of The Hague and the SVB.
Representatives from both organizations and various positions were invited to discuss their experience with ‘werken volgens de bedoeling’ at their organization. The participants could voice their opinions and vision on several statements connected to the research project. The goal of the workshop was not only to present the findings of the report published in February, but also to exchange knowledge and advise between the two organizations on their specific projects.
