Welcome to LLInC’s Immersive Tech Day 2025 “Expanding Horizons” - we’re looking forward to having you with us! Here on this page, you will find everything you need to know about the event soon to take place on January 30th in the Sylvius building and SSH Labs.

This event, titled ‘Expanding Horizons’, will be attended by staff spanning many of Leiden University's faculties and service units, as well as representatives from Npuls, SURF, Luris, Una Europa, and Media & Learning Association. With this in mind, it will not only provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience with the technology, but also to connect with others, discover new communities, and explore the various possibilities for support for innovative immersive tech projects including how they may practically be realised.  

If you haven’t yet signed up but remain keen to do so, please fill out the registration form by the end of the day Friday the 24th of January 16:00 at the latest – we'd love to see you there!  

For those who have already signed up, we will be in contact over the coming days by email with all the final information you will need for the day. 

*Please note that this event is for PhD students and staff (both academic and non-academic) of Leiden University only.
