About us

Our department aims to educate academic professionals who are prepared for the future of law and organization.

The world of law and organization continually poses new questions. Think of issues related to interest pluralism (such as the role of stakeholders in corporate governance), issues surrounding business ethics (for example, concerning pricing strategies), challenges surrounding distressed businesses, issues related to director liability, change-related challenges (driven by technological developments, for instance), and responsibility issues concerning good employer and employee practices.

We address these (and more) current issues by conducting relevant and impactful research that operates at the intersection of law, management, and behavioural sciences.
