Leiden Leadership Programme

About us

The Leiden Leadership Programme (LLP) is an interdisciplinary honours programme for master’s students. It is organised by Leiden University's Honours Academy and Leiden Leadership Centre.

Since it was founded in 2010, the Leiden Leadership Programme has presented this unique educational programme lasting almost a full academic year, each year. The programme is open to master’s students of Leiden University, Delft Technical University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Collaboration with partners

For the Leiden Leadership Programme, Leiden University partners up with a diverse group of organisations. Students within the programme get the chance of becoming familiar with problems that present itself in the field of leadership and develop the ability to have a substantial and positive impact on partner organisations. By doing so, the LLP helps students to enter the workforce in a prepared manner.
