Admission and application

Admission

• This minor is open in the first place to the bachelor students of Leiden University (with the exception of students who already study CADS as a major) and also students of TU Delft and Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
• Students from other universities can also participate if the available places are not taken by students from LU, TUD, and EUR and can apply by contacting the Student Services Center between 1 August 2025 and 15 August 2025.
• Please note that this minor is not open to students of Universities of Applied Sciences, and the total number of participants is at 30, inclusive of the reserved spots for TUD and EUR students.

Registration

All students (Leiden University, TU Delft and EUR) need to register for this minor via EduXchange. More information on how to apply via EduXchange can be found via this link.

Registration is possible from 15 May 2025 13:00 o'clock up to and including 30 July 2025 23:59 o'clock.

Important note

Please be aware that it is recommended to complete the minor within one year, as the program may change the following year.

If, for any reason, you do not complete the minor within the academic year, you may request to finish it the following year. In this case, students of Leiden University do not need to re-enrol for the entire minor. In such instances, students must contact the Study Coordinator, who will enrol you in the necessary courses for re-assessment if possible.
