Leiden University Green Office

Leiden University Green Office (LUGO) aims to promote sustainability in its teaching, research and operations. It is therefore supporting the University in the transition to a sustainable future.

A Green Office is a sustainability platform that is set up and run by students in cooperation with staff, with the aim of making all aspects of a university more sustainable.

At LUGO six students and one staff member who work on various projects, including:

Integrating sustainability in Leiden University’s teaching, research and operations.
Fostering a culture of sustainability in the student and staff community at Leiden University.
