Support for staff

If you are a staff member and need extra support, please talk to your manager and/or HR adviser. They can refer you to the welfare team. 

Confidential counsellors
You can also contact one of our confidential counsellors and speak to them in confidence about issues such as bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment, aggression or discrimination. 

Help outside the university

If you would like to speak in confidence to an organisation outside Leiden University, you can contact De Luisterlijn every day and night of the year by phone, chat or email.

Support for managers

If you are a manager and would like to focus on the topic or are unsure how to address tension in your team generated by the conflict, our coaches can help. email coaching@bb.leidenuniv.nl to find the right coach.
