Join Leiden Law School Team at International Insolvency Law Moot
For the first time Leiden Law School students have the opportunity to take part in the Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot. It involves students from around the world and deals with international insolvency law litigation. With a support team of academics and practitioners experienced in insolvency law, you will prepare written submissions and, if successful, go for oral pleadings to Singapore!

The moot promises to be a truly valuable experience. It is a unique experience in real-world international litigation. You will be able to fast track your knowledge of international insolvency law and present your case before panels of prestigious judges. The moot problem has just been released and with a team of Leiden Law School Students we will start working on the first written submissions.
