On Friday January 29 2016 we are launching the book Saba’s First Inhabitants (Hofman & Hoogland) and opening the Saba Heritage Center together with  Saba Archaeological Center. Saba Heritage Center will collaborate to promote and preserve Saba’s cultural heritage and archaeology.

In the Heritage Center there will be an artefact display room, a 60<U+2033> 4k flatscreen showing 4k documentary videos of archaeological work in Saba and historical clips from Saba, a document and digital archive, an archaeology lab, and an artefact storage room. In addition, Saba Heritage Center will present posters with information on key moments in Saba heritage, such as the ones shown below.
