Sonja is the Director’s assistant and supports LLInC’s Management Team as needed. She ensures that the office runs smoothly. Thanks to her years of experience, she is a strong planner and conflict mediator who is always open to change. She is skilled in organising meetings, events, and trainings, as well as supervising staff and implementing processes and procedures.
