Kristin Makszin is universitair docent politieke economie. Ze onderzoekt de politieke economie en het overheidsbeleid in Europa, met een focus op sociaal en monetair beleid. De kern van haar onderzoek gaat dieper in op de complexe interactie van beleidsrelevante actoren om te begrijpen hoe zij de beleidsuitkomsten bepalen.
