Joanne Stolk is Universitair Docent Griekse papyrologie verbonden aan het Leiden Centre for the Arts in Society en het Leids Papyrologisch Instituut.
Joanne Stolk is Universitair Docent Griekse papyrologie verbonden aan het Leiden Centre for the Arts in Society en het Leids Papyrologisch Instituut. Ze is een Grieks en Koptisch papyroloog en werkt aan uitgaves van nieuwe Griekse en Koptische documentaire papyri uit verschillende collecties. Haar voornaamste onderzoeksinteresses zijn geletterdheid, spelling en morfologie, onderwijs en training van schrijvers, paleografie, materiƫle eigenschappen van papyrusdocumenten, taalcontact en meertaligheid in de oudheid.
