Hilde Woker is Universitair Docent Internationaal Publiekrecht, verbonden aan het Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies. Haar specialisatie is het recht van de zee, met in het bijzonder een focus op de relatie tussen het recht en wetenschappelijke informatie en het recht inzake maritieme zones, zoals het continentaal plat. Ze is de vakcoƶrdinator van het vak Inleiding Internationaal Publiekrecht (bachelor 1), en is verder betrokken bij onderwijs voor andere vakken gegeven door het Grotius Centre. Ze heeft een startersbeurs gekregen voor het project 'H2OLAW: Law-Science Interfaces within the Law of the Sea and Fresh Water Law.'
