Fieke Harinck werkt als universitair docent bij de vakgroep Social en Organisatiepsychologie. Haar onderzoek richt zich op onderhandelen en conflictmanagement, en dan met name de effecten van het uitspreken van waardering voor de ander of de effecten van complimenten. Naast haar academische werk is ze ook werkzaam in het veld als trainer communicatieve vaardigheden of mediator bij conflicten.

Fieke Harinck bestudeert onderhandelingen en conflicten, en dan met name de effecten van het waarderen van de ander of het geven van complimenten. Daarnaast doet ze onderzoek naar mediation
