Daria Morozova is an Assistant Professor in Management and Organisation at the Department of Business Studies. She earned PhD in Management and HR from HEC Paris.

Daria is interested in what it means to be human at work. She studies how people perceive their capacities in the artificially intelligent world, what makes people successful in changing environments, and how the ways we speak about the world shape our experiences. Her research seeks to enable individuals and organizations to thrive creatively and socially as advanced technologies like AI rapidly proliferate. 

Prior to joining academia, Daria has worked in media, cultural, educational, legal, FMCG, and IT companies. She holds a Master's degree in IT and Innovation Management from the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
