Marjon is an interim manager, trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience in different organizational settings. She worked as management consultant, HR director, coach and trainer. She worked for profit organizations in food technology, professional service industries and in different governmental organizations. Marjon received a master degree in Management Sciences at Wageningen University, and is a registered Organizational Psychologist as well. Also she received a teachers degree in history. Marjon is a certified facilitator of the work of Prof. Dr. Brené Brown and her work on connection, courage, shame and empathy. Marjon started her own business in 2008 and works ever since as trainer, executive (team)coach and interim manager.
Marjon’s personal mission is to contribute to rehumanizing work. She believes that by bringing more common humanity into the workplace, innovation, creativity and room for change will increase as well as the wellbeing of the people working there. Her research is focused on humanness in organization and the role of leadership.
