Marjolein Vandenbosch is currently a PhD candidate in the Clinical Psychology department at Leiden University, focusing her research on family dynamics in high conflict divorces. Her academic endeavors are conducted under the supervision of Bernet Elzinga, Lourens Waldorp (University of Amsterdam), and Caroline Jonkman (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). Alongside her scholarly pursuits, she is also a researcher in the Innovation & Research department at Kenter Youth Care, where she conducts studies related to trauma and implements the findings within the organization.
Her PhD research forms a part of the Gravitation Project Communicating Networks, through which Vandenbosch explores the application of network models in clinical practice. Marjolein has obtained a Research Master's degree in Neurosciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a specialization in Clinical and Translational Neurosciences.
