He writes a dissertation on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Dutch private international law. David worked as Legal Counsel at the Stichting Internationaal Juridisch from October 2017 to July 2022. Since August 2022 he is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. In addition, he is a deputy secretary at the Dutch Standing Government Committee for Private International Law since October 2018.
