Annelieke Hagen is a PhD candidate in the unit Developmental and Educational Psychology at Leiden University.
Annelieke obtained her research master’s degree in psychology from the University of Amsterdam in July 2015. During her research master she completed a Clinical Developmental Psychology major including a clinical internship at the Bascule in Amsterdam.
Following graduation, she worked as a junior researcher at the Amsterdam Medical Research Centre in the child and youth psychiatric department working on a treatment study for children with obsessive compulsive disorder and a cohort study for children with a tic disorder. She also worked as a practicum teacher, teaching assistant and junior researcher at the University of Amsterdam in the Clinical Developmental Psychology department. In addition to her academic work she has worked as a child and youth psychologist at the Bascule, in the ocd, anxiety and tic expert centre. As of January 2019 she works as a psychologist in the General Practitioners Practice UvA - Huisartsen Oude Turfmarkt.
Annelieke started working at Leiden University in June 2019 as a junior researcher on the project: ‘Combining One-session treatment with app-based technology for children with a specific phobia’ supervised by Dr. Anke M. Klein and Prof. dr. P. Michiel Westenberg.
