Short CV

Aglaia Zedlitz is an assistant professor of clinical neuropsychology in the Health, Medical and Neuropsychology unit at Leiden University and a psychotherapist at G-Kracht psychomedical institute. In 2013 she received her PhD at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behavior of Radboud University Nijmegen for her studies into fatigue after acquired brain injury.

In Leiden her research interests and activities involve patient care, psychotherapy and the improvement of care. Neuropsychology, rehabilitation, E-Health, (psycho)therapy, (somatic) disease and (neuro)psychiatry are all part of this. Besides research and teaching, Aglaia is an experienced psychologist who successfully completed her post-graduate education to licensed psychotherapist in 2020.

Research

My research interests lie in the improvement of treatments; in neurological disorders (with an emphasis on fatigue), but also in in the (neuro)psychiatric field with a clear link to theory and empirics. Herein new delivery formats of treatment via eHealth and serious gaming also have my interest.
