Obtaining imaging data is nowadays only the start of your project. Once the data has been acquired there are many things that still need to be done.

Data handling and analysis

First the data needs to be safely stored in OMERO, and then the data needs to be analyzed using tools like FIJI, CellProfiler or custom made scripts.
