Encryption
All personal data collected during the study, including video recordings and any associated documents, will be encrypted using encryption algorithms. This ensures that even if unauthorised access occurs, the data remains unreadable and protected.

Secure data storage

Only authorised researchers directly involved in the study will have access to the data. They have been trained in data protection and privacy practices, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Password protection
All devices used for data collection and analysis will be password protected, and access will be restricted to authorised personnel only. Strong, unique passwords are used for each folder, to mitigate the risk of unauthorised access.

Regular audits
We conduct regular audits of our data security practices to identify any vulnerabilities and ensure that our systems and procedures remain up to date with the latest security standards.

Secure communications
Any communication involving personal data will be conducted using secure channels via VPN, to prevent interception or unauthorized access. We utilise encrypted email and secure file transfer protocols to protect the confidentiality of your information.
