Studenticast -the podcast by students, for students
Performance Pressure
A lot of students nowadays feel pressure to perform at incredibly high levels to achieve their career goals. Whether it is about having the perfect CV, applying to as many extracurriculars as possible, or having the most connections on LinkedIn. Most of the time this fear and pressure is something that goes without being discussed amongst peers.
Everyone knows social media is not a good representation of reality. But somehow this view has yet to be applied to LinkedIn and the job achievements of others. So in this episode we, Ana and James, break the ice and discuss LinkedIn, career expectations, and the pressure to perform. We speak with students and professionals to get both sides of this topic and better understand what students might go through in the early stages of their careers.
The Studenticast is also available on Spotify.
