Paul Adriaanse nominee for ‘MC Lawyer of the year’
Paul Adriaanse, together with eight other candidates, has been nominated in the administration law category for the title ‘Magna Charta Lawyer of the year’. The public will vote to decide the winner
Paul Adriaanse is Associate Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of Leiden Law School and works as a lawyer for Justion Advocaten. He specialises in subsidy and state aid law, market and government, administrative law and government practice. In his work as a lawyer, he provides advice in these areas to government and semi-government institutions and organizations and to the business sector. He also regularly conducts court proceedings. In his role as Associate Professor he recently lectured in the course ‘Staatssteun: juridische uitdagingen in theorie en praktijk’ (State aid: legal challenges in theory and practice) of the Honours College Law programme. In addition, Paul regularly teaches in postgraduate courses in state aid, for example at Juridisch PAO Leiden and SSR.
