Mini-seminar Hazelhoff Centre for Financial Law: Asset segregation in the financial sector
On March 7, 2019, the Hazelhoff Centre for Financial Law organised a mini-seminar on ‘Asset segregation in the financial sector’. During this meeting a number of experts, both practitioners and academics, gave a presentation on a topic in the field of asset separation. All the participants were also experts in the field of asset segregation, which led to an interesting ‘meeting of minds’.
