SOLVED: Surfconext malfunction

SURFconext and other SURF services are currently experiencing reduced availability due to a nationwide outage on the SURF network the database is down. As a result, users from all institutions cannot log in to services connected to SURFconext. Meanwhile the problem seems almost under control and services are becoming available again.
