About us

The Learning My Way methodology has been developed and perfected for over a decade. Started in an experimental form in the FSW Honours College, LMW has been quickly taken up by different institutions in course programmes and for HRM purposes.

Home of Learning My Way since 2018 is the Personal Development Centre (PDC), based at the Faculty Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Leiden University. We currently employ more than twenty professional psychologist trainers implementing the Learning My Way trajectories in a broad variety of contexts.
