Research

Research within the department of Philosophy of Law is mainly focused on the history of the philosophy of law.

Apart from the focus on the history of the philosophy of law, the research projects are also focused on some important topics within the philosophy of law, such as the relation between morality and law, and natural law versus legal positivism.
