Do you want to start a Morning Routine? Log on! (from 1 Feb onwards)

Do you have trouble waking up, or do you spend your first hour awake scrolling on your phone? Are you having difficulties structuring your day and are you not really getting done what you intended? Do you miss seeing familiar faces on campus in the morning? Then read on!

Starting from Monday 1st of February, International Studies will organise 'Morning Routines' every Monday to Thursday in the Well-being section on the International Studies Discord: join us any time. 

Start your day at 8.45
We will start every session at 8.45 AM with 10 minutes of waking up to clear your head, for example by some low key meditation, mindfulness or stretching. The Emphasis is on low-key: everyone can join, you do not need any experience with meditation or mindfulness.
After the first 10 minutes, everyone answers the question "What would you absolutely like to have done today?".
We, as a group, will help you stick to your planning and (if necessary) we will help you prioritize and adjust your goals, to make them attainable.   

Check in at 16.30 PM
At 16.30 PM, those who would like to, can come back and check in. Together we can see if you have managed to stick to your planning, and don't worry, it's not about having to succeed every day. The session is meant to help each other out. We can see if we can help you to structure a day a bit better or differently. Also, it is just good to see some faces at the start of the day!

You do not need to register. Just drop by one of our morning routines at any day by using the QR code to Discord. We hope to see you there!

Times: From February 1, Monday - Thursday: mornings at 8.45 AM and optional check in at 16.30 PM.
