ALGANT Graduation
The joint master graduation of the ALGANT students from the 8 universities of the specialised, Leiden-based mathematics consortium under this name is the festive conclusion of their academic year. This is the 18th Graduation, of which four have taken place in Leiden.
On Wednesday July 10 and Thursday July 11, all 24 candidates of the 2024 ALGANT cohort will present their graduation talks in front of the consortium according to a precise schedule. The Thursday also holds an administrative consortium meeting and an evening dinner cruise for all students and staff on the lakes outside Leiden.
On Friday July 12, the ALGANT Graduation Ceremony takes place in the Academy Building of Leiden University. Diplomas will be delivered to the students by ALGANT professors from all participating universities. As this Graduation marks the 20th anniversary of the consortium, there will also be attention for the past and the future of the ALGANT program from four speakers invited by consortium president Peter Stevenhagen.
