Thinking about doing a PhD? We cordially invite you to an information session about the fully-funded PhD programme at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, one of the most prestigious research institutes in Europe. The EUI offers four-year PhD programmes in four departments: Economics, History and Civilisation, Law, and Political and Social Sciences. It also offers an LLM programme in Comparative, European and International Law. Each year there are approximately 150 fully-funded scholarships for PhD study, provided by EUI Member States and Associated Member States. The EUI offers a unique culturally diverse academic community with approximately 900 scholars from over 70 countries. Applications for the coming year are open until 31 January.
Giving an insider’s view, a group of EUI alumni currently working in the Faculty of Humanities, Law and FGGA at Leiden University will offer their insights and experiences of this PhD programme.
