Credits
At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of participation. An additional statement regarding the amount of ECTS credits can be issued. Please note that the document is not an official transcript and that it is the student’s responsibility to validate the course for credit at their home university. Keeping in mind that 1 ECTS equals 28 study hours, we value the Leiden-Edinburgh Global Law Summer Course to be representing 2 ECTS.
Course fees
The tuition fee for the 2025 edition is €1200. Participants taking part in at least another Grotius Centre summer school in 2025 pay a reduced fee of €950
Unfortunately, there are no scholarships available for this course.
Location
This programme is taught in person in The Hague, at the Wijnhaven Building of Leiden University.

What's included
Enrolment fee covers access to course materials and certificates for participation, visit to the Permanent Court of Arbitration (upon avalability), coffee/tea breaks with refreshments, a welcome dinner and farewell banquet, in addition to entry into any other events organized by the Grotius Centre during the duration of the course.
