Alumna
During my bachelor and master program, I learned a lot about group dynamics and how people behave in organisations.
The last couple of years, I specialised myself in assessmentpsychology. The knowledge from my study is useful for giving assessment advices. The conversation techniques that I learned gave me a solid basis to further develop myself and take valid and professional interviews.

Alumna
From my study, I benefit from my analytical ability and my insight into people.
I truly believe that interpersonal principles from social psychology can be copied to marketing and communication with consumers. Many companies and brands seem to forget that their clients are 'just' people. And people... make choices as people. Whether it is about choosing their friends or the love of their life... or about choosing to which stores they go and which brands they buy!

Alumna
During my study, I learned to think quickly and see connections. I also learned to think critically and investigate assumptions.
Since December 2012 I am HR adviser at YSE, an organisation who helps young talents to develop through traineeships. Within YSE, I am the only person responsible for HR business. Furthermore I promote YSE among students, I do the recruiment and selection from mour YSE Young Professionals, I take care of the HR policy, the training and education program from different traineeships and I guide our interns. Not a single day is the same and I learn new things every day.
