The Health Campus The Hague

The Master Population Health Management is taught at the Health Campus  The Hague.

The Health Campus The Hague started in 2016 as an academic workplace that promotes health in relation to the social domain in the metropolitan area of the Hague. Through research, training and education in the field of Population Health Management, they establish patient-oriented, affordable and accessible care. The Health Campus The Hague is a partnership between the LUMC, the faculties of Science, Social and Behavioural Sciences, and Governance and Global Affairs at Leiden University, the municipality of The Hague, the Haaglanden Medical Centre, the HagaZiekenhuis hospital, the Reinier de Graaf Gasthuis, GGD-Haaglanden, the Parnassia Group and the Hadoks cooperative of general practitioners in The Hague.

Together with the partners of the Health Campus The Hague, the Master’s programme works in close collaboration with health care organisations. Through this collaboration, you will find many opportunities to work with real life Population Health Management cases in the city of The Hague. Because the living lab also has a research focus, you will be offered several possibilities to join actual research projects using Population Health Management ingredients.

Right in the city centre is Wijnhaven, the beating heart of Campus The Hague. Around 3,500 students take classes here and in the other Campus The Hague buildings.
