Part of
The Leiden master’s programme Financieel Recht (Financial Law) is unique in the Netherlands because of the special attention we pay to the international dimension in financial law. Not only the European law that underlies Dutch law is considered, but also Anglo-American law. Anglo-American financial law plays an unquestionable role in international financial practice. In order to properly understand Dutch and European law it is therefore important that students gain an insight into Anglo-American law.
Guest lecturers from the United Kingdom and the United States teach in the English-taught course Anglo-American Financial Law.
This specialisation is only offered in Dutch.
