Constitutional and administrative law (LL.M.)

Constitutional and administrative law is a specialisation of the master’s programme Rechtsgeleerdheid (Law) at the renowned Leiden Law School of Leiden University. This programme looks closely at the interaction between national and European law.

Constitutional and administrative law focusses on the relationship between citizens and the government, and tries to find a balance between representing general interests and safeguarding individual interests. This is something that everyone is confronted with in daily life and which is why this programme is relevant and topical.  We pay much attention to the interaction between national constitutional and administrative law and international and European law. Such an integral approach is after all crucial in current legal practice. This programme will help you develop to become a multi-talented legal expert.

This specialisation is only offered in Dutch.
