Dual PhD programme

The Dual PhD Centre facilitates dual PhD research at Leiden University. The dual PhD programme of the Dual PhD Centre offers professionals the opportunity to devote part of their working time to conducting PhD research. Be aware that this programma is being offered in Dutch only.

The programme of the Dual PhD Centre is entirely customised: we provide optimal supervision of the dual PhD candidate by means of training, coaching, and intervision. This approach allows most of our dual PhD students to complete their PhD within the same time as regular PhD students, despite the fact that they have less days per week available to conduct research.
