Unconditional Admission

To finalise your registration for LUC you need to complete the following steps:

1. Upload digital copies including official translations to English (if applicable) of the documents required for admission to LUC in your Online Application Portal. Which documents you need to submit is stated on your conditional admission statement which is available in the portal.
    
2. Provide LUC’s Admissions Office with the required documents by post if your conditional admission statement instructs you to. The requirements for the hard copy documents are provided in the same statement as well as a link to LUC’s postal address.
    
3. Authorise the payment of the tuition fee in Studielink. For more information go here.

Once you have completed the first two steps and LUC’s Admissions Office has verified your documents, you will be unconditionally admitted to the programme. An unconditional admission statement will be issued in the Online Application Portal which you can download afterwards.

In your Studielink account you can follow the process of the final stage of official registration at Leiden University which is the authorization of the tuition fee. If you have any questions regarding this including how to get access to your Studielink account or any other message stated in Studielink, please contact the Student Affairs Front Office.
Note: You might be asked to specify the name of your study program, whis is 'Liberal Arts and Sciences: Global Challenges.'

If you do not complete these steps, you cannot start your studies at LUC in August.
